We are looking for a talented Event Sales Manager to promote our Kelowna and Penticton event departments. If you are interested in organizing events and increasing sales with one of Canada's fastest growing hospitality groups - this is the role for you!
As an Event Sales Manager your responsibilities will include developing client relationships, attracting new business, creating a high level of communication surrounding the details of the events with the on-site operational teams. You will work directly with talented chefs, the General Managers, Reginal Event Manager, Director of Banquets and restaurant leaders as well as the hotel division.

THE ROLE:
- Maintain and create client relationships, including event quotes and accounts management
- Achieve sales targets
- Prepare banquet event order quotes for clients
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit is a definite asset
- Actively pursue leads and new market segments
- Work seamlessly with sales team regarding conference quotes and requests for proposals
- Attend weekly Banquet Event meetings with the Chef and on-site Managers to ensure culinary excellence and exceptional guest experience
